Benefit concert at Third Place on the Strip. It will feature local artists like The Neighborhood and awesome female musician Sherree Chamberlain, and The Legend of Junior Sapp (aka Tyler Cunningham). Admission is two canned goods or $5, and all donations will go to benefit Mission of Hope Homeless Center. This will be an awesome event, awesome music for a good cause.

Four-man Dallas Music Observer award-winning indie pop-rock band Radiant will play at Eskimo Joe’s with Tulsa band Hero Factor. Both bands are really good, so the show is sure to be phenomenal. It will be 21 and up, no doubt, but admission is always free for Saturday live music shows at Joe’s, which is pretty frickin’ sweet. All you gotta pay for is drinks!

Kunek will play at Eskimo Joe’s, with the show probably starting around 10 or 11 p.m.. I’m not sure who is opening for them. As always, there is no cover charge for live music at Joe’s. BONUS: It’s a Friday night show, which means Ladies Night, free beer for the ladies and cheap Joe’s cups for the guys. Alas, that also means it will be for ages 21 and up. This show would be a good way to unwind from end-of-semester stress!
