Birthdays
I love birthdays! I love everyone’s birthday, especially when I go to dinner with someone on his or her birthday and they are completely humiliated by the wait staff! Recently I went with my friends Katie, Jared and Jenny to eat for Jenny’s birthday. We went to Alfredo’s Mexican Restaurant in Yukon. Alfredo’s has delicious food!
The chips and cheese sauce are great and the tortillas are homemade. I always get the same thing, Lupe’s traditional tacos with fajita meat with a side of green salsa. If they bring this dark green junk don’t eat it! It is disgusting. They have special green salsa that the chefs use, it is bright green and some of the wait staff calls it tomatillo sauce. The tacos are superb!
It was Jenny and Jared’s first time at Alfredo’s and they both loved it. They both had chicken quesadillas and it was more then they could eat. Katie had a regular taco and a tostada. She also enjoyed her food. The prices are very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about Alfredo’s especially their birthday special!
I told our waiter it was Jenny’s birthday and they brought out this giant sombrero for her to wear. The rest of the wait staff came out and sang Happy Birthday in English and in Spanish! It was a hilarious! I’ve posted a picture for your viewing pleasure!

I am really glad to hear about new and good places to eat. Stillwater doesn’t always have the best variety so I’m glad you have wrote about Yukon. I actually think Stillwater has some of the worst mexican restaurants. My husband and I usually go to Perkins for mexican food. Sadly, Perkins has better mexican food than Stillwater. We will have to try this restaurant if we are in the area. Good Luck.

My birthday is coming up on February 19th. I assume you recommend it. I’ll be keeping up with your posts to decide which restaurant to visit for my birthday. What do you recommend in Bricktown?
